I used a metal hand cutter for the first time. It's like drawing! I'm excited to think of the possibilities. It makes steel so much more versatile. I especially like the way it bends and moves as it's cut. It's like alchemy.
Si also showed me how to hammer steel to bend it and to give it texture. I didn't have time to try it myself, but again, it gives me ideas so next week I'll come with a plan.
