Gang of 4/ Gang of 3
3.1.21
I have been meeting virtually almost every week with 3 other part time MA Fine Art students - Hannah Fry, Sarah Kniveton and Tim Heath - since the first lockdown began, in March 2020. It has been so good to be able to talk with them about all sorts of things - the pandemic, the course, our work and our lives amongst other things. Sadly, during this module, MF7004, Hannah didn't come along so often but now she's back so we can be the Gang of 4 again.
In November, Tim, Sarah and I wrote a proposal for an exhibition at The Michael Pennie Gallery at Locksbrook which was helpful in many ways. I often find that writing a proposal helps to clarify my thinking; writing one with these two gave more breadth and depth to it. I found it very thrilling. We haven't yet heard whether we've been successful, but if we aren't I hope we can do the exhibition somewhere else at some point.
